I am a Coordinator for a 68 suite Condominium complex with an elevator. Occasionally there is a musty water odor smell coming from the elevator pit due to our high water table in this area of town. For the past 4 months I have place a gel pack of Aromask in the pit of the elevator and we no longer have that musty smell.
Also recently we've experienced a dishwasher plug up with grey water back up into the unit which left a nasty smell, so I used the spray and placed a gel pack in the kitchen and this eliminated the odor. I will have to buy the concentrate so we can run a cycle through the dishwasher to deodorize it well.
I also am using gel packs in other locations in the complex, basement storage room, garbage room, as well as the garbage dumpster because it is stored indoors until dump day.
I highly recommend this product for any application of odor problems.

I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know that I found your spray product in my wife's pet grooming shop. I was looking for a product to get rid of the odors coming from my cast, which has been on my arm for about a month. My wife had mentioned that your product worked well, but she wasn't sure if it should be sprayed on a cast. I looked on your website and there was nothing that contra indicated using it so I tried it as I was really ready to try anything. I put a light misting on at first and waited. There was no skin irritation and after the smell of the Aromask wore off, there was no odor at all. It seemed to last for about 5 days and then I repeated the same thing. Works like a charm. Having worked in an animal care facility for the past three years, that at any one time houses between 90- 160 (sometimes more) animals ranging from reptiles to rodents, dogs, cats and even pigs and rabbits, you can well imagine the “pet odor” problems we have there.
We have tried every deodorizer imaginable including a bottle of AROMASKTM that was donated to the shelter. When the bottle was empty, we went to great lengths to find where to get some more. We called every chemical, soap and cleaning product place in BC, but were unable to find AROMASKTM

At a recent cat show held here in Calgary, we had a kitty in a show cage
who sprayed the cage. Someone had a bottle of Aromask Spray 125 ML (product number 588014-19) and it removed the odor completely while other things we had used prior did not remove the odor.
I am wondering if you distribute your product in Alberta (Calgary to be exact) and if so, who would be the distributor or who is carrying it.
If not, would you consider selling a case (12-24?) to me wholesale or retail?
I believe this product would be a boon to anyone holding a cat show (or a
dog show) and I’m sure there would be a market for it in kennels, catteries, etc.

This past spring I purchased an Aromask Marine Kit and one of your Cyclone units at the Seattle Boat Show. As mentioned to your rep; I had a major problem with bilge odor and mildew while my boat was in storage for the winter. After a good spring cleaning, I placed a gel pak in the bilge and put a few capfuls of your RTU in the port-a-potty then liberally sprayed the interior – the next day Mary and I returned for our first outing – What a difference; it totally took care of the fowl odors that have plagued us for years. Even the wife was impressed!
I was telling my neighbour, a realtor, about Aromask and my experience with it. She mentioned that she had a “problem listing”, apparently the home was owned by heavy smokers and the potential buyers (non smokers) wanted a $5,000.00 discount to offset the cleaning (carpets, walls and window coverings). She borrowed my cyclone unit and placed it throughout difference rooms over a two day period. After the house was “Aromask” they settled on a $500.00 dollar reductions and the sale went through. She was so pleased with the results and the sale she purchased a gift certificate to our favourite restaurant for us.
I just thought I would share this positive experience with you. You have a great product in Aromask.
